President of the State Mahila Aayog Ms Kahkashan Parveen paid a surprise visit to the Sadar Hospital, Bhagalpur today at 11 AM.
During her visit she met the patients of the maternity ward and talked them one to one about their health check-ups, attendance of the medical staff and medicine requirements.
However, she was satisfied by the answers given by the patients.
She also visited Sadhna Diagnostic Centre, where she felt there is lack of medical staff which interrupts the ultrasound facility, for that she wished to write to the concerned department.
Worker of a the Sadhana Diagnostic Centre told her that for the past 1 year bills of the centre has not been paid which hampers their work.
